A great opportunity to work on this Diablo 4 Necromancer Armor set, learnt a lot from this asset in terms of production efficiency, I need to
cut down the time spent on sculpting the surface detail and plan ahead on how to approach the detail pattern on the armor piece in substance painter. It ensure that the pattern on the armor can be iterate without re-sculpting it in the highpoly and it could also enable me to play alongside with the texture to see the immediate result of how the small pattern together with all the edging wears appear on the screen so I could avoid stuff like it appear to be very noisy or imbalance on detail distribution. This method greatly speed up the the creation of this model by spending more time on what is matters in the end rather than spending too much time on stuff that wields less result in the end.
Overall a great piece to work on where I learn a lot of different approach to production modeling!
I was responsible for the modeling and texturing for this model .
Special thanks to my project lead and teammates for supporting me through this amazing project!
